WHAT IS WAGYU BEEF?

The term "wagyu" means a Japanese beef cattle derived from native Asian cattle where 'wa' means Japanese and 'gyu' means cow. Wagyu beef is coveted by award-winning chefs and served in top rated restaurants throughout the world. Wagyu beef features complex flavors, subtle sweetness with a lingering finish. What makes our wagyu beef different is our pure Australian grade wagyu instead of the Japanese and American cross bread wagyu that is commonly used.
